2. What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, telephone number and the content of the message you send us. Providing a telephone number is optional; the remaining fields are required so that we can reply to you.

We also collect technical browsing data strictly necessary for the website to work, as described in section 8.

3. What we use your data for

The data is used solely to respond to the request for information or for a quote that you sent us, and for the pre-contractual steps arising from it. It is not used for marketing communications without your prior, express consent.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract) and, where applicable, on our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries, under point (f) of the same Article.

5. How long we keep the data

Contact requests are kept for 24 months from the last interaction, after which they are deleted. If the contact leads to a contractual relationship, the data is kept for the applicable statutory periods, in particular for tax purposes.

6. Who we share the data with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. The data is hosted on the infrastructure of Odoo S.A., which acts as a processor and whose servers are located within the European Economic Area. The data may also be accessed by website maintenance providers, always subject to a duty of confidentiality.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability of your data, and also to object to the processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@seadek.pt.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

8. Cookies

This website uses cookies strictly necessary for it to work, in particular for session management and form security. No advertising or profiling cookies are used. You can set your browser to block cookies, although that may affect how some features behave.
