1. Identification

2. Purpose
This website is informational in nature. It presents the manufacturing, maintenance and installation services for marine flooring and EVA decking provided by SeaDek Portugal, as a certified SeaDek® installer. No online sales are made and it is not possible to conclude contracts through this website.
3. Quote requests
Submitting the contact form constitutes a request for information and does not bind either party. Work is only considered awarded once SeaDek Portugal has issued a written quote and the client has expressly accepted it.
The deadlines, prices and conditions stated in a quote are valid for the period set out in it and may be subject to a prior inspection of the vessel.
4. Content and intellectual property
The text, images and other content on this website are the property of SeaDek Portugal or are used with the permission of their respective owners, and may not be reproduced without prior written authorisation.
SeaDek® is a registered trademark of its owner. SeaDek Portugal uses it as a certified installer and holds no rights over the mark.
5. Photographs of completed work
The photographs in the gallery show work actually carried out and are intended to illustrate possible finishes. Colours, patterns and finishes may vary from what is shown, because of lighting, on-screen reproduction and the characteristics of each vessel. The physical samples take precedence over the images on this website.
6. Warranty
The material fitted is covered by the SeaDek® international warranty, on the terms and for the periods set by the manufacturer. The installation work is covered by the applicable statutory warranty. The specific conditions are set out in the quote and in the documentation given to the client.
7. Links to third-party sites
This website contains links to third-party platforms, namely social networks and WhatsApp. SeaDek Portugal neither controls nor accepts responsibility for the content or the privacy policies of those services.
8. Limitation of liability
SeaDek Portugal makes every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, nor that the website will be available without interruption. The information provided here is no substitute for technical advice specific to each vessel.
9. Dispute resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to the Electronic Complaints Book or to the competent alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies, under Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September.

10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the district of Porto, to the express exclusion of any other.
This website is available in Portuguese and in English. The Portuguese version of these terms is the one that prevails; the English version is provided solely to aid understanding and, in the event of any discrepancy between the two, gives way to the Portuguese.
11. Changes
SeaDek Portugal reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the date the website is used.
